Your ability to convert opportunities into tangible business outcomes will be essential for driving growth and establishing long-term client relationships.This is a hands-on role requiring resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. You will be expected to develop and execute effective sales strategies that support annual growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the new business development process, aiming to build and manage a pipeline of approximately 20M.Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and associated management tools.Analyse market trends and customer intelligence; report findings monthly.Identify target markets and provide insights on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Create detailed project mandates and compelling business proposals.Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers across target organisations.Gain a broad understanding of potential customers products and their respective markets.Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceSolid understanding of the contract manufacturing environment, including electro-mechanical assembly, quality requirements, lead-times, and component sourcing.Strong commercial acumen with awareness of revenue streams, gross margins, start-up costs, and development contract implications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Place of WorkThis is a hybrid role with frequent travel required across the UK and occasional travel abroad. While home-based, regular presence at the companys manufacturing site is expected when not attending customer or prospect meetings.
