They are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in Gloucestershire.Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Key Responsibilities:Manage cost control across multiple fit-out projectsOversee contracts, variations, and valuationsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure complianceHandle collateral warranties and contract administrationSupport project delivery from pre-construction through to final accountRequirements:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or fit-out sectorStrong understanding of commercial contracts and financial reportingExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and within a teamSalary & Benefits:50,000 60,000 depending on experienceOpportunities for progression within a specialist and growing businessEngaging projects with technical complexity
