HVDC Package Manager HVDC Floating Offshore Wind Scotland, United Kingdom Remote Working Contract PositionScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityJob Overview:Were supporting a cutting-edge Renewable Energy Developer who are in the early stages of delivering what could become the largest Floating Offshore Wind project in the world.Theyre currently going through the consent process (EIA submitted earlier this year) and are now ramping up preparations for transmission and grid integration.They are currently looking for an experienced HVDC Transmission Package Manager to join at a critical early stage of the project supporting strategy definition, stakeholder coordination, and tender preparation.Key Responsibilities:This is not a highly technical design or engineering role. The project already has technical consultants engaged and is not seeking someone to carry out design or studies. Instead, the focus is on:Package Management of a full HVDC transmission system (onshore substation, offshore substation, and interconnecting export cables)Preparation of the full HVDC ITT package over the next 69 monthsSupporting supplier engagement with HVDC OEMs and EPC contractorsInterface management across consultants, TOs, and internal project functionsQualifications & Experience:Has previously led or supported HVDC transmission system tenderingHas offshore and onshore grid interface experience, particularly around export cable coordinationComfortable working with large-scale project teams, external consultants, and TOs (Transmission Operators)Has strategic oversight and commercial awareness to support contract scoping and planningContract Details:Contract Type: Freelance/ContractDuration: 6 9 month initial contract (Option to extend)Location: Remote/Hybrid Scotland, United KingdomStart Date: ASAPThis is an excellent opportunity to be part of an industry-leading project poised to redefine offshore energy.To apply, please submit your CV along with references or send your CV directly to roman.floyd@hunterphilips.com
