Director of Clinical Operations (Fibrosis)For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.I'm partnered with a fast-growing clinical-stage biotech focused on developing innovative therapies for fibrotic and inflammatory respiratory diseases is seeking a Director of Clinical Operationsto lead their global Phase 2 clinical trial program.What Youll Do:Take ownership of a pivotal Phase 2 clinical trial in a progressive fibrotic lung disease, overseeing all aspects of execution.Drive site engagement and patient recruitment efforts by working closely with pulmonologists, rheumatologists, and principal investigators.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape clinical strategies for additional pipeline programs targeting chronic respiratory conditions.Build and lead a high-performing clinical operations team in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.Partner directly with the CMO and senior leadership to ensure trial milestones are met efficiently.Who You Are:Experienced clinical operations leader with hands-on knowledge of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)Phase 1b/2 preferred.Proven track record of increasing site-level enrollment and accelerating patient recruitment.Comfortable working in biotech startup or scale-up settings.Skilled at managing teams and collaborating across departments.Why Join?This is your chance to play a key role at a clinical-stage biotech advancing next-generation treatments for devastating respiratory diseases.
