This role requires someone who can proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Manage roofing and cladding projects from planning through to completion in Perth, Western AustraliaMeasure and order materials with precisionCoordinate with installers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-siteIdentify and resolve potential site or design issues earlyMaintain safety and quality standards on all projectsIdeal Experience:Roofing installation background with on-the-tools experience essentialProven project or site management experienceFamiliarity with:Kingspan insulated roof and wall panelsLongrun metal roofing and claddingArchitectural cladding profilesExperience with Trimble or Trocore software advantageous but not requiredThis is a full-time role based in Perth, Western Australia, offering long-term career opportunities and the chance to work on high-quality projects.
