Role Purpose: As Access Specialist you will oversee the safe and efficient planning, erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.In addition to this you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage scaffold teams, and collaborate with project stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets as will as being responsible for resource allocation, quality control, and fostering a safety-first culture.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate scaffolding operationsEnsure compliance with safety standardsConduct inspections and risk assessmentsRecruit, train, and supervise scaffold crewsManage inventory and resource allocationLiaise with suppliers and stay updated on industry trendsRecommend process improvements and innovative solutionsNecessary Skills:6+ years in construction, petrochemical, and oil & gas industry, with 4+ years in a supervisory roleExperience in scaffolding and power industry construction methodsDetail-oriented, self-starter, able to work independentlyProficient in scaffolding techniques, load capacities, safety standards, and CAD/project management softwareProficient in MS Office and EnglishDesirable Qualifications:5+ years in scaffolding with a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
