With two flagship sites under your remit, you'll play a key strategic and operational role, liaising with internal teams, external consultants, and local authorities to bring ambitious visions to life.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the development process from planning to completionWork closely with land, technical, commercial, and construction teamsOversee planning submissions and support Section 106/CIL negotiationsManage design development and ensure compliance with relevant policy and regulationsLead project appraisals and ensure financial viability throughoutBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and statutory bodiesWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience in residential development, ideally with a housebuilder, developer or H/AStrong knowledge of the planning process and UK housing marketExceptional project management and leadership skillsCommercially astute with experience in managing budgets and appraisalsConfident communicator and effective stakeholder managerRelevant degree or professional qualification (RICS, RTPI, etc.) desirableWhats on Offer:Competitive salary from 90k to 100kExcellent benefits packageGenuine career development opportunities within a supportive and forward-thinking businessThis is your chance to lead on transformative residential developments that will shape communities for generations to come.
