These agencies represent large groups of creators and play a vital role in scaling the platforms revenue. Your focus will be on overseeing agency-facing reps, driving agency performance, improving retention, and ensuring agencies are consistently growing and delivering results.Youll combine strong leadership skills with deep operational oversight, supporting your team with training, strategic direction, and performance tracking while collaborating cross-functionally to align with Fanvues broader goals.What You'll Do: Team Management and CoachingLead and support a team of Creator Success Agency Reps.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and team syncs to ensure alignment and accountability.Provide coaching on relationship management, communication quality and tactical execution.Agency Strategy OversightGuide the team in delivering structured, high-impact support to agency partners.Work with reps to set earning targets for agencies, track progress and resolve issues.Monitor at-risk agencies and assist in executing retention or reactivation strategies.Performance MonitoringOversee performance reporting for agencies and reps, using internal tools and dashboards.Track key metrics like MoM earnings, retention, and churn indicators.Provide regular updates to leadership on squad performance and agency health.Process and Operational ExcellenceUphold and continuously improve internal SOPs and playbooks related to agency management.Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose scalable improvements.Cross-Team CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Sales team to align on handovers and target settingAct as a feedback loop between agencies and internal teams, including Product, Support, and Marketing.Support internal strategy development by sharing trends and insights gathered from your team.Who You Are: Experience managing or leading a high-performing team in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Ops.Strong understanding of agency operations in the creator economy or a platform environment.Excellent coaching, prioritization, and communication skills.Proficiency using data and performance tools to track and steer outcomes.Process-driven with a high standard for relationship management and execution quality.What Success Looks Like:Your team consistently supports agencies to grow, retain creators, and scale earnings.You elevate your reps through coaching, structure, and clear leadership.You identify agency needs and align cross-functionally to deliver solutions.You contribute to the evolution of Fanvues agency strategy through insights and operational excellence.Why Join Fanvue?Work with a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to empowering creators worldwideA culture that values innovation, excellence, ownership, transparency, and speedAccelerated growth opportunitiesUnlimited holidayRemote workingFlexible hours, according to the times you perform bestBudget for growth and wellbeing
