Varied & Engaging 60% classroom training, 40% on-road coaching???? Based in either Luton or Andover (mileage and hotel costs can be compensated depending on home location) 4-day week - Monday to Thursday only, Friday off! (10-hour shifts) with occasional pre-planned night & weekend work, booked weeks in advance!???? Diversity within role - lead and inspire the next generation of LGV drivers through engaging inductions, CPC courses, driver upskilling and ad hoc training projects, making sure our drivers are fully equipped to deliver and keep themselves safe every day.Be the Go-To Training ExpertAs an LGV Instructor, youll inspire and develop new and existing drivers at Ocado. Youll be the trusted expert on-site, providing hands-on coaching and classroom-based training that enhances skills, builds confidence, and ensures compliance.Your training will: Improve service levels and driver performance Reduce Occupational Road Risk and enhance road safety Support core health 'safety objectives across the business Help shape best practices in LGV training and developmentAbout YouAn NRI or NVDIR qualification is desirable, but no NRI or NVDIR certification? No problem!
