Curated Partners are exclusively looking to recruit a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing telecoms business delivering.This isn’t just reporting, it’s about turning numbers into real business insight, partnering with non-finance teams, and helping drive performance across high-impact infrastructure projects.The main purpose of your role as Finance Business Partner is to play a vital part in providing financial insights and support decision-making, influence business outcomes and drive financial performance As the Finance Business Partner you will provide valuable insights into cost management, support strategic and commercial decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency through robust financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Experience within telecoms is preferred to effectively understand project dynamics, cost structures, and operational challenges. Open to travel to work together with the Central Finance TeamSolid understanding of the principles of bookkeeping and financial controlsExcellent understanding of Excel .Qualifications required for this role...A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and/or studying towards a Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).Job responsibilitiesYour key responsibilities are...To build strong, close and collaborative working relationships with your customers.Provide a framework and training to allow your customers to take ownership of regional build costs and enable them to establish a cost control culture, with a continuous improvement mentality.Co-piloting the financial and non-financial forecasting processes.To support the central finance function and your customers, in the budget and forecast submissions.To identify and evaluate project trends and their implications to inform the business and propose opportunities for course-correction to create a more cost-effective network build.Provide Information flows into the wider finance reporting team to ensure resilient and accurate historical and forecast data.To support the adoption of great reporting structures.
