We are working with a leading private-equity backed Investment Manager who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to support across both private and listed funds. This is a stand-alone role, so it requires someone with extensive experience in Credit Control and the Real Estate industry, as you will be working closely with the Asset & Fund Management teams, the Transactions team as well as the outsourced administrators on all debt management, so it requires someone with extensive stakeholder management experience.Key Responsibilities:Full management of the financial ledger, particularly focusing on in-depth reporting for financial transactions.A large focus within this role will be both debt management but also generating revenue, so ideally you will have experience implementing strategies to reduce debt but also improve cash flow.This role requires someone with strong Excel skills, as you will need to prepare & present comprehensive dashboards outlining rental income, historic debt reduction, cash flow forecasts, etc.You will have a direct role in the progression of this part of the accounts function, and will be involved in the strategy utilised to develop the system/processes in place and take it forward – internally you will need to produce / present reports to senior management as well as externally to clients – this will require a good understanding of RICS regulations, CIS, VAT & NRL requirements for both general and reporting purposes.In this role you will work closely with the Asset & Fund Management teams, the Transactions team and the wider finance team, so it’s highly advantageous if you have worked in similar structure of company within the Real Estate industry.Salary range is £60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and benefits.Office based 4 days p/w in Central London.If your experience matches the above then please apply directly.
