Senior Transformation Coach12-month contractHybrid working - Gaydon£34ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw *Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.* About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a luxury automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Senior Transformation Coach to join their team Job DescriptionAs Senior Transformation Coach, your main responsibilities are:To implement effective engineering transformation in response to business requirementsEngage in the launch and governance of the demand process to ensure x-engineering alignment on project deliveryManage the delivery of our Pre-Dev workstreams through TDF and relevant study governanceCreate transparency of the Feature and Technology workstreams through the roadmapIdentify and manage anticipated resistance and maximise engagement of key stakeholders using change management techniques and tools Qualifications / Skills neededExperience of successfully delivering a major Programme or ProjectExceptional relationship management skills, influencing and stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbalOperational experience of using Product Engineering, approaches, tools and techniquesA solid understanding and experience of managing people effectively through change and the change processExperience of process mapping / process improvement Why work through Contechs?Contechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
