Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) | High-End E-Commerce Business | LondonHarmonic are delighted to be working with a high-end e-commerce business in their search for an ambitious Logistics Assistant to join their expanding team. As the sole person in logistics, you will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility so this role would suit a driven and proactive person who is keen to develop quickly in their career.You will be managing the entire logistics function from overseeing orders, communicating with customers, liaising with shipping providers on customs requirements through to solving any issues with damages and providing helpful solutions.The company is based within an architectural designed office space, surrounded by beautiful products. In addition to this, you will be part of a forward-thinking company who has an impressive predicted turnover this year with plans to double that within the next two years.Responsibilities:Sole responsibility for the logistics functionWorking with various teams including finance and technology to ensure orders are processed and received on timeReviewing, approving and tracking invoicesLiaising with shipping providers to understand customs requirementsCommunicating with customers about the status of their order and timescales to ensure a positive customer experienceSolving any issues relating to damages and warrantiesWhat we need to see (Essential):At least 6 months in a Logistics/ Supply Chain Assistant rolePrevious experience working with luxury productsStrong e-commerce background (Shopify)Excellent communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProactive and confident approachSalary: £32k pro-rataStart date: ASAPLocation: West LondonIf this role is of interest, please apply online.
