To thrive in this position, you will be an adaptable professional with at least 1 years' experience within a property administration role, superb attention to detail, and can work effectively on your own and within a team. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!Responsibilities will include:Day to day administrative support and co-ordination of the lettings TeamMaintain the lettings database and diaryPrepare and co- ordinate the advertising and marketing Meet and register clients Assist in securing and retaining landlordsPrepare documentation, KYC and compliance for applicants and landlordsProgress tenancies from offer to move inActively work towards the letting of clients’ properties.Meet the company’s high standards and service to both applicants and customersTo acknowledge and be responsible for your actions in respect of the 1979 Estate Agents Act and all related legislation including the Consumer Protection Regulations 2008 (training to be given)When required to ensure AML checks are made on all clients as per regulations -liaise with compliance officerAttend relevant training courses.Personal specification:Experience within residential property administrationGood understanding of current lettings legislationExemplary verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsAbility to multi-task and take initiativeTeam player and ability to work independentlyDependableEnthusiasm to do a good jobIT literateThe salary for this role will be in the region of £30,000.
