Backed by over 40 years of combined experience, our team operates nationwide with a growing pipeline of exciting projects.As we scale our sales department, we’re creating a dedicated Sales & Business Development Executive position to support lead generation, sales outreach, and quoting activity.About the RoleThis is an entry-level, high-impact role designed for a self-starter who wants to get into construction sales, learn from the ground up, and grow into a long-term leadership role.You’ll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting quoting/admin work to help convert those leads into live projects. Over time, this role can grow into Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Inside Sales Team Leader — depending on your performance and preferences.You’ll work directly with the Managing Director (and later the Sales Director), using a mix of tools like ABI, LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM (Capsule) to build a consistent, quality sales pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate outbound leads across developers, contractors, and fabricatorsQualify inbound leads and conduct discovery callsBuild prospect lists using Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and callsSupport the quoting process (MD will mentor)Manage deal flow, follow-ups, and CRM updatesWork toward 3–4 strong, qualified leads per weekProvide sales admin support for larger projects when requiredCompensation & Growth PathComponentDetailsBase Salary£24,000 – £28,000 depending on experienceCommission 8% of net margin from self-sourced and converted leadsQuarterly Bonus£500 for exceeding volume/outreach targetsLoyalty Bonus£1,500 at 12 months if targets and conduct are met➡️ Estimated Year 1 OTE: £35,000 – £42,000+What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in sales, telesales, or business development (B2B ideal)A self-starter who can work remotely, stay organised, and drive performanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsCRM-literate, data-driven, and results-focusedCurious about construction — technical knowledge is not required, but drive is essentialComfortable making cold calls, sending emails, and pitching valueWhat You’ll GetFull onboarding, training, and support from the MD or Sales DirectorA clear, fast-track path to more senior sales rolesStrong commission structure and quarterly performance bonusesFlexible remote/hybrid workingFreedom to build your own process and ideas into the teamReady to Launch a Sales Career with a Growing Company?Apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to:
