Android Engineering Team Manager | Hybrid – Leeds | £90k–£106k + Bonus + 15% PensionHybrid role based in Leeds, with 2 days per week in the office.We’re hiring for a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead an established Android team within a large, customer-focused digital banking initiative. This team is building a greenfield digital experience tailored to a growing segment of affluent customers with investable assets.This is a great opportunity for someone who’s not only technically strong in Android/Kotlin development but also passionate about leading and growing a team of engineers, driving delivery, and shaping the future of digital banking.About the Role:You’ll lead a cross-functional mobile feature team made up of Android, API, and QA engineers. Your focus will be engineering excellence, delivery predictability, and a first-class mobile experience.
