Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a solid background in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems, specifically with Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) exposure. This role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver MAWM implementations and enhancements as part of large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of MAWM implementation or enhancement projects across warehouse and logistics functions.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, business), system integrators, and Manhattan Associates where applicable.Drive requirement gathering, solution workshops, and functional reviews in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality expectations.Report project status to leadership, provide actionable insights, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle.Ensure proper documentation, testing oversight, change management, and handoff to operational teams post go-live.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–8+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on Supply Chain or WMS projects.Proven experience in Manhattan Active WM or earlier versions (Active, SCALE, WMOS) as part of large implementation or transformation programs.Strong understanding of warehouse processes: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Replenishment, Shipping, and Inventory Management.Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors in an Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environment.Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a global/multi-cultural environment and manage remote teams.
