Because too often, "team lead" means shielding your team from chaos without ever getting to shape the direction.This role is different.We’re hiring a Ruby Software Engineering Team Lead to take full ownership of a product squad. The company is a SaaS Healthtech who have over 30M users worldwide.You’ll join a remote-first team (UK-based, with quarterly meetups), delivering changes to production over 100 times a month. Speed and safety go hand in hand here, supported by a mature, CI/CD-first mindset.You’ll lead a team of 4 engineers building products that improve real-world healthcare delivery.It’s for someone who wants to lead, not just manage. Someone who still loves shipping code but also wants to coach, unblock, and grow a team.You’ll work closely with your Product Manager and Designer to define the team’s roadmap and set the tone for delivery.What makes this worth your time?
