ABOUT THE ROLEYou will have the opportunity to be part of a fast growth beauty brand that is taking the curly hair community by storm and expanding rapidly into new global markets.We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Junior Designer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will support the development of visual assets across multiple touchpoints, from digital campaigns to print and in-store materials.RESPONSIBILITIES-             Assist in designing and producing digital and print assets including social media graphics, emails, web content, and marketing collateral.-             Collaborate with the Lead Designer and wider marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.-             Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute with original ideas.-             Prepare artwork files for print and digital delivery to suppliers and platforms.-             Support photoshoots and content creation as needed.-             Stay up to date with design trends, especially within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.ABOUT YOUDegree in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
