Town Planning ManagerNorthampton£55k - £65k plus package.We are working with a leading strategic promoter who are looking to strengthen their team with a Planning Manager to work on planning applications & promotion for strategic land projects across the South Midlands and Eastern regions.On offer if a salary of circa £55k - £65k plus package.You will be a town planner with experience of working on planning applications on complex strategic land projects. You’ll work with internal teams and external consultants, on large, multi-phased masterplans for strategic land. Experience on immediate development land projects would also be beneficial but not essentialYou’ll work closely with the regional planning director, with the autonomy to handle your own projects. There is flexible working on offer for this role, with you being able to work from home for 3 days a week.Responsibilities:Manage current and future planning applicationsSupport the land buying team with appraisals for future land purchasesProvide monthly reports to the planning director on projectsStay current with planning policy updates for local authorities in the South Midlands & Eastern region.Key experience:Degree and MRTPI qualified.Experience working on planning applications for 50+ unit projectsExperience with large, complex strategic land planning applications.Solid knowledge of planning policy in the South Mids and Eastern regions.This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established strategic promoter with a dynamic team, offering great career development prospects.
