We are excited to look for a Junior Portfolio Manager to add to our growing team, reporting into and working directly with one of our existing Portfolio Managers. The Role:As a Junior Portfolio Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring strong connections and smooth interactions. We're looking for someone who is familiar with working with highly specialised teams (ideally Developers) and brings a friendly, approachable demeanour to every customer interaction. You'll play a key role in maintaining our customers' happiness and loyalty, as well as enabling their growth with us. You’ll also be the customer voice within Codehouse, working in tandem with one of our Portfolio Mangers to multiple stakeholders internally to convey customer needs and help ensure we deliver high-value work.Core Responsibilities:Meeting coordination & follow up communications: Helping set up meetings (both internal and client-side), keeping everyone in the loop, and organising knowledge-sharing sessions when needed.Tracking deliverables: pulling data from Jira to follow established reporting processes and keeping an eye on delivery progress so nothing slips through the cracks.Customer queries & emails: Supporting with general client communications, responding to queries via email, Teams message, and calls -- making sure everyone feels looked after on the client side and with internal stakeholders working in highly specialised teams. Documentation & reports: Helping the Portfolio Manager keep project documentation and status reports tidy and up to date.Meeting support: Putting together agendas, taking notes during meetings, and making sure follow-ups are shared and actioned.Qualifications & Professional Requirements:A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.A solid grasp of online technology, from websites to digital marketing.The ability to translate technical concepts into understandable language for our customers.Strong organisational and project management skills to keep things running smoothly.Excellent communication skills with a friendly, tactful and firm approach, where necessary.An understanding of, as well as the ability to explain the value that our services bring to our customers.Any prior customer success management experience and/or experience working within a digital agency would be strongly preferred. You must be London-based or willing to travel to our Shoreditch offices 3x per week.Development in the Role:We're committed to helping you grow in your role. We’ll work together to identify areas for improvement and create a plan to address them, which may include internal and external training opportunities to expand your skills.
