Our Client, fast-growing boutique investment bank is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join its London-based team. The firm specializes in providing strategic M&A and capital raising advisory services to clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and live transactions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support execution of M&A and financing transactions across the TMT landscapePerform complex financial analysis, modeling, and valuation work (DCF, LBO, public comps, precedent transactions)Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and client presentationsConduct sector research, competitive analysis, and target identificationInteract directly with clients, investors, and counterparties throughout the deal processHelp mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiativesCandidate Profile:Approximately 3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with TMT deal exposureStrong academic background with a solid foundation in corporate financeAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsHighly detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communicationSelf-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, high-performance teamPassion for the TMT sector and a strong interest in advising growth companies
