This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Operations Director, offering the chance to shape QHSE strategy, embed a culture of excellence, and influence business-wide improvement.In this role, you will:Define and execute the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental vision and roadmapLead and manage ISO-accredited QHSE systems and standardsPromote a proactive safety culture and drive employee engagementOversee audits, compliance reviews, and root cause analysis processesCollaborate across functions to deliver measurable improvement and sustainabilityBuild a high-performing, accountable team and lead change from the frontWhat we’re looking for:10+ years in a senior quality leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive or other regulated sectorsStrong track record of creating and sustaining a quality-first cultureExcellent knowledge of QHSE systems and structured problem-solving methodologiesExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
