In this fast-paced environment, keeping our people informed, connected, and inspired is essential.We’re looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications Executive to join our Marketing team. This is a newly created role with plenty of scope to make it your own. You’ll support the planning and delivery of engaging internal campaigns across a variety of channels, helping to bring our culture, strategy, and values to life for colleagues across the globe. You’ll also play a key role in turning briefs into compelling written content and presentations that support wider marketing and engagement efforts.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the development and delivery of internal communications campaigns across email, intranet, internal social media, and events.Writing clear, engaging, and on-brand content for a variety of internal audiences and formats.Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations that align with campaign messaging and visual identity.Translating briefs into effective marketing and communications materials.Collaborating with marketing colleagues on integrated campaigns and cross-functional projects.Helping to plan and deliver internal events—both virtual and in-person.Managing internal communications calendars and ensuring timely delivery of key messages.Supporting the creation of visual content, such as infographics and videos.Monitoring and reporting on engagement metrics to help improve future communications.Building relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand their communication needs.Who We’re Looking ForExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, from junior staff to senior leadership.Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished, professional presentations.Able to take a brief and turn it into compelling, audience-appropriate content.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.A team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach.Creative and enthusiastic about storytelling and employee engagement.Familiarity with internal communication tools such as email platforms, intranets, and social media.Experience supporting or organising events (virtual and in-person).A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks.Someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and ideally has experience in finance, professional services, or agency environments.QualificationsStrong English language skills are essential.Experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field or project delivery backgrounds with at least 3 years’ experience.What do we offer in return?A career that you define.
