Co-CEO OpportunityThis robotics company in the UK is creating the world’s most advanced, reliable, commercially scalable, and safe robots.We are looking for a Co-CEO to lead the team based in London, UK or willing to do regular business trips to London from home location.This company is one of it's kind and already raised significant capital and now entering high growth mode, if you're a CEO/CRO/CBO/CSO or even a VP looking for that new and exciting thing, this may be the role for you.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO to co-lead the company, working closely with key stakeholders and partners to shape and execute the company’s vision and strategy.Design and drive strategic initiatives to support long-term objectives in the robotics sector.Lead efforts to enter new markets and grow the company’s presence in existing ones.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, research institutions, and industry leaders.Ensure financial and operational targets are achieved by streamlining processes and managing large-scale initiatives.Raise significant capital, targeting investments of $MMM or more to support company growth.Handle high-level negotiations, forge strategic partnerships, and structure joint ventures.Cultivate corporate culture and team dynamics, focusing on recruiting and developing world-class talent.RequirementsDemonstrated leadership experience as a Co-CEO or in an equivalent executive role within a robotics company.Strong background in business management, encompassing strategic planning, operations, and achieving company milestones.Proven success in raising at least $MMM, including experience with fundraising strategies and negotiations involving VCs, private investors, and strategic allies.Deep understanding of hardware company operations and technology, with hands-on experience in innovation and advanced tech.Expertise in business development, including market expansion, partnership building, and product launches.Relocation assistance will be fully supported
