As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our production team.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and check fruit and vegetable deliveries + stock checkPressing juices on a cold-pressed juice machine + blending machine.Bottle, label, and package juices efficiently and accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchenSupervise and support the production teamEnsure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, especially during peak days (Sunday & Monday – early start at 6am)RequirementsMust live within 30 minutes of NW2Previous kitchen experience is essentialStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage a teamHighly reliable, hard-working, and detail-orientedExperience in dark kitchen is preferable but not necessary
