Manpower Recruitment have teamed up with an established hotel in Henley on Thames.We are recruiting for a Full Time Commis Chef on a 3-month FTC (Potential chance to extend)You will be working 5/7 days per week on a rota basis up to a 48hr week, with shift times starting normally at 10am.The role is paying £26000pa*A driving licence would be needed, due to location.Overall Objective:To prepare, cook and serve meals that meet the standards set by the Head Chef.A Commis Chef assists a section chef, also known as a Chef de Partie. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: assisting in the food preparation processCooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishesPreparing vegetables, meats and fishAssisting other ChefsHelping with deliveries and restockingAssisting with stock rotation/Cleaning stationsContributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.If interested, please get in contact with a Manpower representative.
