This is a complex and fast-moving program, requiring strong leadership and coordination skills.You will work closely with the Program Director to ensure all milestones are achieved on time and to military standards. The role involves managing a detailed master schedule, leading multiple teams, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.This is a hands-on role where strong stakeholder management and proactive delivery are essential. You must be comfortable facilitating meetings, driving progress, and ensuring program governance is consistently applied.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the facility readiness master scheduleCoordinate internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholdersFacilitate regular progress meetings and program reviewsIdentify and manage risks, ensuring safety and regulatory complianceDeliver program objectives on schedule and to required standardsRequirements:Experience delivering large aviation or aerospace programsStrong skills in MS Project and schedule managementExcellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to manage complex programs under time pressureContract Details:£500 per day (Outside IR35)5-month initial term, with extension potentialImmediate start
