Imperial Recruitment is looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to support our project delivery and finance teams, ensuring strong commercial performance and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly valuations and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR)Place and oversee subcontract ordersReview and negotiate contract terms (NDAs, warranties, etc.)Liaise with project and finance teams on budgets and spendOversee monthly Work In Progress and key contract debtorsConduct site visits where appropriateIdentify and manage contractual risksSupport operations with practical commercial adviceDrive cost control and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForQualified QS or similar (Construction/Electrical background preferred)Strong Excel and job management system skillsExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysisCommercial awareness in fast-paced, complex environmentsComfortable engaging stakeholders at all levelsIdeal CandidateStrong communicator and relationship builderAnalytical, confident, and commercially awareAble to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesAdaptable, solution-oriented, and proactiveAdditional InfoApplicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
