Flourish are supporting our client with recruitment for a new team of Inside Sales Representatives for a health tech SaaS business in Guildford. The Business: They provide tech and software services to care centres across the UK and Australia. Their tailored software solutions allow care homes to be more efficient, provide a higher service of care and ensure no detail is missed through their digital note-taking platform, digital prescription service and other solutions.The Role:The Inside Sales role will be focussed on generating new business opportunities through an outbound approach coupled with Account Management and Customer success. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry all the way to closing. You will work closely with the SDR team who will generate leads and meetings for you to close. You will also work closely with the Customer Success and Account management team who will pass on opportunities in your remit to close. The role still has an outbound focus so self generating opportunities will also be expected. Responsibilities:Using lead gen software to identify potential prospects.Working with the SDR team to bring opportunities to a close.Account mappingLinkedin and email campaigns to key decision makers.Prospecting and generating leads and adding value to the top of the sales pipeline.Providing solutions for the pain points of clients.Maintaining CRM systemsWorking in partnership with the wider sales team to get deals over the lineWhat they're looking for: Target driven individuals eager to smash targets and earn commission.Ideal candidates will have 2+ plus years of Business Development ExperienceIndividuals driven to succeed in a sales careerFamiliarity with CRM systems, the full sales lifecycle and closing.CuriosityCoachabilityResilience is a must, you must be able to handle objections.
