LOCATION: central LondonHYBRID: 3 days in the office - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and FridayYour Story Goes Here!Notified is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager (internally titled Event Manager) to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of events, webinars and campaigns across our European locations—London, Paris, and Germany. This role is key to building brand awareness, generating demand, educating customers, accelerating the sales pipeline, and delivering measurable ROI.Reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing, you will work closely with our global marketing team in North America to design and implement integrated marketing strategies that support our business goals and drive regional growth.Essential DutiesCollaborate with marketing leadership to develop and implement Notified’s event marketing planSupport the execution of regional marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with local sales teams to drive lead generation and brand awarenessPlan, organize, and execute events, including identifying event goals, coordinating logistics, working with cross-functional and external teams, managing budgets, and reportingManage the execution of industry tradeshows, including identifying key events, managing event vendors, assisting with booth selection, installation and reconfiguration, compiling cost estimates, coordinating with internal teams supporting the event, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and creating reports to track actual expenditures, etc. ensuring cost effectiveness and timelines are metManage and execute Notified customer events, including Customer Summit, Advisory Board, and regional eventsEstablish and maintain a professional relationship with various company vendors to ensure order specifications are correct and timelines are metCollaborate with the design team to ensure event graphics and messaging accurately and creatively represent the Notified brandResponsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM and other marketing toolsNegotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale eventsStay up-to-date with the latest event marketing trends, technologies, and strategiesExperienceMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business Development or related field requiredMinimum 5+ years B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in the software/technology industryProven experience as a Field Marketing Manager, with a strong passion for creating customer experiences that wowDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with vendors and contractors to execute successful eventsExcellent written and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and experience with event data analysisAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partnersWillingness to travel to support eventsKnowledge of French or German language would be a plusPersonal CharacteristicsIndependent - likes autonomyOutcome oriented - doesn't confuse activity/productivityWon't rest on laurels - driven to perform again and betterWork StyleConstant juggler of priorities, work demands and changes in plansVery conscientious about follow through and commitments – accomplishes more through quality of delivery embraces accountabilityDisciplined, yet adaptable to pressing demandsWorks relationships - aware of who can help make progressBuilds reputation - clients come first - available and responsiveStrong communicator - conveys information clearly which others valueWho is NOTIFIED?We believe everyone has a story to tell and we’re passionate about helping people and brands amplify their stories across the globe.
