Our visual ethos combines creativity with experienced production knowledge to ensure both commercial and editorial potential.Role DescriptionThe Senior Photographic Producer role at PLEAT is a full-time position located in Cambridge heath/London fields. As a Senior Photographic Producer you will oversee the production of our projects from conception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and artists, managing budgets and timelines, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the final product aligns with PLEAT's artistic and commercial standards.The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a production role. You will be extremely hard working, detailed and committed while possessing the important skills of maintaining relationships with both our photographic artists and clients. Our office style is straightforward, unfussy and direct. We work hard and efficiently aiming to leave the office at 5PM each day.Roles and Responsibilities:3 Years + experience of budget management.Thorough knowledge of producing both studio and on location shoots.Efficient budget creation, management & reconciliation are crucial.Confidence in independently negotiating budgets with both clients and suppliers.Balancing multiple projects concurrently.Confidence with on-set production.Strong contacts across both stills & video crew.Post-production management (stills & video).Assisting Agents with pitches, treatments 'strategy where required.Understanding of the commercial and editorial photography landscape.Proven experience in a similar role within the creative industry.Timeline:Applications close: Monday 30th JuneFirst round interviews & follow ups: w/c 7th JulyCandidate awarded: w/c 14th July( Ideal) start date: ASAP AugustPlease email a CV, covering letter, salary expectations and notice period to zoe@Any applications without a covering letter or sent via LinkedIN will not be considered.
