You'll be working on a range of internal applications, helping to evolve and improve them based on business needs.From gathering and refining change requests, to working with developers on solutions, and considering the broader business impact of each update, this is a hands on, delivery focused role that sits right at the intersection of users, systems and support.If you're hungry to grow, influence change, and be involved in the evolution of bespoke applications, this could be a great fit.Responsibilities:Provide day to day support for bespoke business applications (e.g. SQL-based, Sage, client-server systems)Respond to user queries, troubleshoot application issues and escalate where neededLiaise with developers to help implement bug fixes and minor enhancementsDocument support procedures and contribute to application knowledge baseAssist with testing and release of updates to ensure minimal user disruptionRequirements:3-5 years of experience in a technical support role such as application support, IT helpdesk, or infrastructureFamiliarity with how web applications and client-server models functionConfident communicator with the ability to support users of varying technical skillPractical problem-solving skills and a keen eye for spotting recurring issuesDesire to move into a more hybrid role with analysis, support, and delivery involvementWorking knowledge of SQL, XML or scripting tools (e.g. PowerShell, Python)What's in it for me?
