Our client, a leading Silver Circle firm, is seeking to hire a NQ associate to join their highly-regarded Real Estate practice. This is a great opportunity to work on some of the most high-value transactions in the market across a diverse range of clients and asset classes.The team is recognised for advising on a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, large-scale developments, real estate finance, asset management and joint venture structuring. As such, the role offers exposure to headline projects and transactions across residential, commercial, life sciences, logistics and mix-use schemes.Clients include institutional investors, developers, funders and international asset managers. Work will include drafting and negotiating development agreements, forward funding structures, commercial leases and advising on operational real estate platforms.Key Requirements:Admitted as a solicitor in either March or September 2025.Training seat experience in commercial real estate from a leading law firm.Excellent academics and strong drafting ability.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with both clients and colleagues across disciplines.For more information on this or any other Real Estate NQ roles, please contact harrisonstiles@
