Senior Production Manager | LuxuryLondon, 4 days in the office£80,000Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and well-connected Senior Production Manager to lead all aspects of their production process. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently handle end-to-end production responsibilities, and has strong connections in France and Italy. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative discipline, strong number sense, and a rigorous approach to quality control.A bit about the role:Leverage strong relationships with production factories in France and Italy.Manage the full production lifecycle: development, sampling, bulk production, delivery, and post-production feedback.Handle all administrative and operational tasks independently.Oversee and reconcile production-related invoices with precision.Track production costs, flag discrepancies, and ensure alignment with budgets.Conduct regular QC checks, coordinate third-party inspectors where necessary. A bit about you:Proven experience in a senior production management role in fashion or luxury goods.Strong network and working relationships with factories in France and Italy.Fluent in English; working proficiency in French and/or Italian is highly advantageous.Excellent organisational and administrative skills; able to self-manage and prioritise without oversight.High numeracy skills; confident in managing production budgets and invoices.Adaptable, solutions-driven, and highly dependable.
