The RoleAn experienced Interiors Project Manager is required to oversee and deliver high-quality fit-out and reactive maintenance projects ranging from £20k to £700k. You will manage the full project lifecycle from appointment through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard. The role reports directly to the Construction Director.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee interior fit-out and small works projectsManage project schedules and documentationLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsEnsure H&S, quality, and budget complianceProduce and maintain accurate project reportsUse Microsoft Project for planning and trackingWhat We’re Looking ForProven background in interior fit-out project managementTrade experience preferred (e.g., joinery, drylining, suspended ceilings)Familiarity with Cat A & B fit-outsSome knowledge of M&E services advantageousStrong IT and documentation skillsSkilled in programming, budgeting, and stakeholder communicationTeam player with excellent problem-solving abilities
