Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Residential Security Team (RST) Member to support the safety and security of senior executives and their families at designated private residences. This role forms a vital part of a wider corporate security function, focused on maintaining a safe, secure, and low-profile living environment for key executives.Key Responsibilities:Deliver a visible yet unobtrusive security presence at private residential propertiesMonitor access control systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and perimeter integrityConduct regular security patrols of the residence and surrounding groundsManage visitor access and contractor movements in accordance with SOPsIdentify and escalate any unusual activity, potential risks, or breachesMaintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift handoversProvide initial emergency response in the event of fire, medical, or security incidentsEnsure that all security equipment and systems are in operational conditionLiaise professionally with household staff, estate management, and external servicesUphold the highest standards of discretion, conduct, and confidentiality at all times Candidate Profile:Proven experience in residential, estate, or corporate security rolesDemonstrable knowledge of physical security protocols and emergency responseHold an accredited Close Protection qualification (SIA license or equivalent for jurisdiction).Experience working with access control, CCTV, and alarm systemsExcellent situational awareness and strong communication skillsPhysically fit with a professional appearance and calm under pressureTrustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information responsiblyWillingness to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rota Desirable:Emergency First Aid at Work or FREC3 qualificationKnowledge of surveillance detection and perimeter monitoring best practicesBackground in military, police, or disciplined services (beneficial but not essential)Familiarity with high-value residential properties or private households
