We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Temporary PA to support a partner and their immediate team in our Creative Division. We believe this is likely to be for around 4-6 weeks but could extend.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a PA post in a professional services firm (accountancy practice desirable). You will play a pivotal role in servicing the partner’s portfolio of tax and accounting clients from liaising with clients on delivery of work to billing and collecting fees. PA KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFiltering emails, highlighting urgent correspondence, initiating responses, booking meetings and assisting with client interactions wherever necessaryExtensive diary managementBeing responsible for the client onboarding processProviding a proactive, effective, and comprehensive assistance in relation to managing Partner’s portfolio of clientsTimesheet completionManaging and maintaining an organised system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritising tasks, and projectsCreating, updating, maintaining, and organising files and recordsPhotocopying, scanning and general admin dutiesInteracting with the Internal Accounts Team in relation to billing matters, client accounts and other ad hoc areasReport writingRaising client fee notesLiaising with clients and external contacts – via phone, email, and face to faceArranging and booking Partner travel and conferencesDistribution of post electronicallyProviding support to other Partners / Associates when their PAs are absentReception coverArranging meetings, lunches (both internal and external).
