As a senior member of the department, you’ll lead the development of innovative products from concept through to launch, using your culinary insight and trend awareness to drive exciting new ranges that resonate with today’s consumers.You’ll be a key player in customer-facing NPD, managing both new and existing product development (EPD) projects.Working alongside a collaborative team of Chefs, Process, Technical and NPD professionals, you’ll manage customer projects from concept to launch.What We’re Looking ForA track record of successful product launches within the retail food sectorStrong project management and organisational skillsConfident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teamsPassion for food, innovation, and emerging trendsA hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFull UK driving licence and permanent right to work in the UKYou’ll be part of a passionate team in a business that values innovation and quality.
