EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founder-owned private company.Job Summary:EveryMatrix is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Presentation Designer to elevate our sales communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and strategy, with a passion for turning ideas into compelling visual narratives. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our solutions are presented to clients and prospects, ensuring our brand and message stand out in a competitive market.What you'll get to do:Design high-impact sales presentations and pitch decks tailored to client needs.Create and maintain branded templates, graphics, and presentation guidelines.Translate complex product info into clear, engaging visual stories.Align messaging with client pain points and strategic goals.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams for content accuracy.Keep sales materials up to date and consistent with brand standards.What you need to shine:2+ Years of proven experience as a Presentation Designer or in a similar role, preferably in the B2B environment (work portfolio is a must).Proficiency in presentation design software is a must (we currently use PowerPoint).Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Figma).Strong design and layout skills and a sharp eye for detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Creative with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen understanding of commercial messaging, marketing, and competitive positioning.Ability to translate industry and market insights into clear, compelling sales materials.Here's what we offer:Start with 25 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 35 days by your fifth year with us.Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).Benefits & Perks:Monthly meal allowanceGym allowanceAccess online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external trainingSupport for New Parents: - 52 weeks of maternity leave, with 21 weeks being fully paid. - 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full time until your child is 13 weeks old.At EveryMatrix, we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
