A rapidly growing, well-backed financial planning firm is looking to recruit a Paraplanner / Trainee IFA to join their growing team – this is a key role within the firm’s expansion and holds the genuine opportunity to transition into a full financial planner position where you will inherit a large/established book of clients. The Role:Work closely alongside the current Financial Adviser as a key contact for a loyal and established client baseAct as the daily point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationshipsJoin client meetings and play an active role in ongoing client service and advice deliveryBe fully involved in the advice process while preparing to transition into an adviser roleEnsure a smooth and gradual handover of clients to maintain continuity and comfort for all partiesUndertake Paraplanning/Technical support for both the current Financial Adviser and book of clients. This is a unique opportunity offering a clear and supported path of moving into a full advisory position and inheriting a client book within 12–18 months.
