Our company purpose is “Helping Everyone Grow” and we extend that purpose to everything we do.We’re looking for a Third-Party Logistics Contract Manager to join our team.This key role is responsible for managing the relationship and day-to-day operations with our external fulfilment partner, Metro Supply Chain UK, helping us deliver quality, efficiency and service across our supply chain.Core Responsibilities:Manage contract compliance, performance KPIs and regular reviewsAllocate and schedule orders to the 3PLTrack and analyse logistics performance and cost dataLead issue resolution and escalation processesWork with finance on pricing accuracy and cost controlDrive process improvements and implement best practiceEnsure regulatory and legal compliance within logistics operationsTravel regularly to Metro and occasionally to other 3PL partnersWe are looking for someone who ideally has 5+ years’ experience in a logistics, supply chain or contract management role and understands third party logistics. You will also demonstrate:Strong relationship management skillsConfident negotiation skills able to think analyticallyProven confidence in using logistics tech – WMS, TMS and MS OfficeA collaborative mindset and a drive to make things better every day.Experience in international logistics or ERP systems such as Sage or SAP is an advantage.
