Job Title: Quantity SurveyorLocation: Warrington – Hybrid WorkingSalary: £60,000 per annumThe Company A global professional services organisation is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their project team in Warrington, supporting the delivery of a major nuclear infrastructure programme. This role offers the opportunity to work on one of the UK’s most critical and regulated projects, within a company recognised for its technical expertise and global reach. A hybrid working arrangement is available, combining on-site, office, and remote work.The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery. Working closely with project controls, engineering, and client teams, you will ensure financial governance, value for money and commercial risk mitigation across the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets and forecastsAssessing and valuing contractor variations and claimsSupporting the preparation and agreement of interim and final accountsMonitoring project spend and ensuring compliance with contractual obligationsProviding commercial advice and reports to the project team and stakeholdersAssisting in procurement, contract administration and tender evaluationThe Person To be successful in this role, you should have:Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on complex infrastructure or engineering projectsStrong understanding of NEC contracts (especially ECC)Experience within the nuclear or similarly regulated sector is highly desirableExcellent numerical, negotiation and communication skillsRelevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (HND/Degree level or equivalent)The PackageSalary of £60,000 per annumHybrid working model (office/site and remote)Competitive benefits including pension scheme, holiday allowance and flexible work optionsOngoing professional development and clear career progression pathwaysApply Now If you’re a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking to work on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes, click the apply button to submit your CV.
