Backed by industry expertise and driven by innovation, we’re growing rapidly and looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be the central hub of support for our leadership team and the wider business.This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape the culture, rhythm, and efficiency of a high-performance environment.The RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant who will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to keep operations running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating logistics, handling sensitive communication, and supporting internal operations.In addition to EA duties, you'll take ownership of the office experience and support light people management tasks such as onboarding and internal communications.This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational instincts, a keen sense of discretion, and a passion for creating structure in a dynamic start-up setting.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant Provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team: calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and inbox oversight.Prepare presentations, briefing documents, reports, and agendas.Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings.Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.Office Manager Oversee smooth daily operations of the London office.Coordinate with suppliers, landlords, and service providers.Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and general upkeep.Organise team events, offsites, socials, and all-hands meetings.Champion a welcoming, professional and efficient workplace experience.People Operations Support onboarding of new hires (IT setup, welcome packs, intro scheduling).Coordinate internal comms, employee records, and policy updates.Help maintain our HR systems and assist with people-related queries.Assist with basic people reporting and compliance tasks.Work alongside external HR advisors where needed.Requirements4+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Office Manager role—ideally in a fintech or financial services environment.Proven experience supporting C-level executives and managing multiple priorities.Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a “no task too small” mindset.High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace, calendar tools, and productivity software.Experience with people/HR systems or light HR tasks a plus, but not required.What We OfferA pivotal role in shaping the daily rhythm and culture of a growing fintech startup.Autonomy and trust to build systems and processes that work.Competitive salary and potential for equity participation.Modern, central office space and team environment.Benefits including pension, wellbeing support, and personal development budget.Flexible hybrid working (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
