If you love turning messy founder ideas into clean, scalable workflows using tools like Shopify Flow, Airtable, Zapier, and a dash of API finesse- keep reading.The Role:This isn’t just “setting up automations.” You’ll architect the operational backbone of our fulfilment and personalisation engine from day one. From the moment a customer purchases a package, to the final product being packed at the 3PL, you’ll own the logic, integrations, and reliability of every moving part.We already have:A well-scoped MVPDefined logic for complex product sourcingShopify as CMS, GPT for recommendation, Airtable for mappingA warehouse (3PL) ready to plug intoNow we need you to wire it together.What you'll be doing:Architect the fulfilment logic that connects Shopify, Airtable, 3PL, and affiliate APIsBuild and maintain automated workflows via Shopify Flow, Zapier, Make, etc.Set up systems to trigger affiliate orders directly to our warehouseCreate scalable pick-list logic based on customer tags and quiz outputDevelop lightweight dashboards to monitor ops health (e.g. delays, gaps, flags)Help us move fast without breaking our customers' trustIdeal Profile:Experience with Shopify (dev, flow, tags, bundles)- non-negotiableComfortable with Zapier, Make, Airtable scripting, webhooks, and custom logicBuilt real-world automation for physical product ops (not just SaaS workflows)Thinks in systems, edge cases, failure pointsCan work independently with founder-level pace and ambiguityWhat's on offer:Equity only (for now)- this is a founding rolePart-time, async- flexible around your scheduleGround-floor influence on a product that deeply mattersIf we raise, you're on the short list for full-time Head of SystemsThis role is for builders.If you want clean briefs, corporate clarity, and weekly grooming sessions- this ain’t it.If you want to make a meaningful dent with sharp founders who move fast- let’s talk.
