Travelfusion is the world's largest travel technology and distribution company, powering the majority of low-cost flights booked globally via the most popular online travel agents.  If you’ve ever booked a low-cost flight via an online travel agent (OTA), it was probably powered by Travelfusion. We offer a set of APIs/services which enhance the capability of communications between airlines and OTAs; in addition, we have developed in-house a range of products which manage payments and reconciliations for millions of airline tickets.The RoleThis is a new role for an experienced, qualified HR professional to lead Travelfusion’s HR function.Strategic Leadership and Planning:Develop and implement HR strategies creating and executing HR plans that support the overall business strategy and objectivesProvide strategic guidance offering expert advice to senior management on all HR related mattersDrive organisational change leading and managing change initiatives within the HR function and across the organisationTalent Management developing and implementing strategies for talent development and retentionOperational Management:Oversee HR functions managing performance management, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits and HR complianceEnsure legal compliance ensuring that all HR practices comply with UK employment law and regulations in collaboration with in-house legal teamManage HR budget overseeing the HR department's budget and ensuring efficient resource allocationHR policies creating and updating HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirementsEmployee Relations:Manage employee relations handling employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actionsPromote a positive work environment fostering a positive and inclusive workplace cultureManage employee engagement  developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfactionConduct investigations managing and conducting investigations into potential breaches of company policy or misconductHR Operations:HR systems high level overview of BambooHR and maintenance of HR systems and technologyData collection and accuracy maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and dataProduce HR reports generating regular HR reports and analytics to track HR performance and identify areas for improvementManage HR budget ensuring efficient resource allocation within the HR departmentKey Skills and QualificationsProven experience in a senior HR leadership role: Demonstrable experience in leading and managing an HR function.  Minimum 7 years in a London based commercial business Strong knowledge of UK employment law: In-depth understanding of relevant legislation and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels verbally and in writingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop solutionsStrategic thinking and planning abilities: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectivesExperience in change management: Ability to lead and manage organisational change initiativesCIPD qualified (or equivalent): A recognised HR qualification or MSc in related subjectsTechnology company experience preferred
