Account Manager (Experiential) - London - Hybrid - £40,000-£45,000 Profiles Creative are hiring for a leading experiential agency in central London, seeking an Account Manager on the back of some impressive client wins. You'll have the opportunity to work with a major account in the sports industry, along with other clients that have a youth-culture audience. We're seeking someone with experiential agency experience, has proven experience in experiential production and large multi-faceted events. The Role: Be the go-to for clients, building trusted partnerships and fully immersing yourself in their brandsDrive the delivery of impactful campaigns – from live events and activations to integrated content projectsCollaborate with creatives, strategists, producers, and digital teams to make ideas happenKeep projects on track – managing timelines, budgets, and scope without compromising qualityOversee suppliers, venues, and freelancers to ensure seamless executionMonitor performance, gather insights, and constantly raise the barSpot growth opportunities and support strategic planningLead, mentor, and develop junior team membersThe Candidate: 2+ years’ experience in account management within an agency settingSolid understanding of experiential, event, and integrated marketingProven understanding of experiential production and large multi-faceted events Clear, confident communication and exceptional organisation skillsA cool head juggling multiple projects and stakeholdersPassion for creativity and innovation – with eagle eyes for detailSkilled with budgets, project trackers, and client reportingA collaborative, can-do mindset – ready to solve challenges and keep things movingThis role would suit an account manager that has knowledge of the production process surrounding brand experience, events and activations. You'll either be a seasoned Account Manager or a Senior AE looking for a step up. You'll have a passion for the sports industry too, this helps!
