It’s a place where your ideas actually matter.What You'll Be Doing: Working closely with our Sales Director and Managers and wider commercial team, you’ll keep everything running behind the scenes by.Gaining exposure on national retail accountsDevelop into a customer-facing National Account Manager 6-12 months down the lineRunning account portals for our UK and international retailersAnalysing sales data via spreadsheets and reportsCompleting new line forms and inputting product informationHelping build engaging retailer proposals and presentationsWho We’re Looking For: We’re looking for personality, potential and grit over the perfect CV.Ideally 1 year of experience in a supporting/executive/field-based role in FMCG salesStrong attention to detail and a love for organisationProficiency in Excel and confidence working with dataA can-do, proactive attitude and excellent communication skillsSomeone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentWhy this company?Rapid growth business- expanding in UK and globallyWorking alongside industry expertsFree onsite gymFlexible working and hybrid office patternMonthly team socials and a culture that celebrates creativity, ownership and trying new things (even if they don’t always work!)Job security without the need for external investment!
