You’ll make people laugh, think, and want to swap their bog-standard sausage for THIS™. You’ll run all our content across all digital to drive engagement, reach, and have conversations across every channel that mattersWhat will you be getting up to?Develop and execute our Social Strategy with the support of the Senior Marketing Manager.Own and confidently execute our multi-channel content strategy across Meta, TikTok, blogs, and our website – and whatever platform comes next. Be the brand voice – loud, proud, and unapologetically plant-based – in every post, story, caption, and blog.Report monthly on digital performance, using the results as direction to create even better content. Think, social listening and analytics. Come up with scroll-stopping, fearless content that entertains and educates (bonus points if it makes people slightly uncomfortable)Work with our designers, and agencies to keep content fresh, irreverent and on-brand.Manage and lead multiple projects without breaking a sweat.Jump on trends before they’re tired to make sure we’re current and relevant.Collaborate across teams (within marketing, innovation and sales) to align content with launches, campaigns, and any other shenanigans.What are we looking for?You’ve got 3+ years’ experience managing content across multiple social and digital channels.You know how to execute a campaign rollout.You can copy write well and flex to our tone of voice.You know your way around a content calendar.You’re confident, proactive, and can take a half-baked idea and turn it into something.You care about making our world a better one to live in, and champion our vision.
