This is a pivotal leadership role that blends sales expertise, strategic foresight, and relationship management to unlock new market opportunities and accelerate company growth.Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you'll play a hands-on role in building, enabling, and scaling a diverse network of partners. As part of a fast-growing SaaS organization, you’ll shape and execute partnership strategies that fuel business development, ensure partner success, and contribute directly to our top-line performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance the global partner strategy to drive sustainable growthAchieve and exceed global indirect sales targets through strategic partner engagementIdentify high-impact partner types and target markets to expand the partner ecosystemRecruit, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of partners—crafting joint business plans, aligning objectives, and ensuring partners are empowered for successCollaborate closely with local partner managers, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive lead generation, co-selling, and revenue growthEquip partners with essential tools, training, and resources to effectively market and sell the company’s solutions, in alignment with Sales Enablement initiativesPresent strategic plans and performance updates to senior leadership, showcasing the partner program’s contribution to overarching company goalsInput partner-specific requirements to internal processes and assets such as marketing messaging or product roadmapManage partner performance across the partner portfolio, including agreeing remediation plans and portfolio optimization where neededEnsure all internal processes for supporting a partner-led Go-to-Market are in place and compliantWho are you?You bring 7+ years of experience leading and coordinating an extended global partner team (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NA) within a SaaS business, as part of a matrix organization, including owning and delivering on revenue targetsYou have proven success designing and executing partner-led go-to-market strategiesYou have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targetsYou have deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, partner types, and GTM modelsYou have experience across partner channels: Referral, Reseller, System Integrators, and IT consultanciesYou are skilled in building trust, managing complex negotiations, and influencing stakeholdersYou are comfortable setting up partner processes and the supporting tech stackYou are data-driven, with a strong ability to track performance and guide strategyYou are an effective team leader who delegates well and drives high performanceYou are commercially sharp with a hands-on approach and inspiring communication styleYou are ready to move fast, build momentum, and establish best practices from day oneWhat is in it for you?Competitive package, and a pension scheme.25 holiday days to recharge, and more if you need them.Remote working environment while also traveling to different office locations and client sites.Personal IT budget to upgrade your setupMonthly work-from-home allowance to make remote work comfortable and productiveSupportive, collaborative team cultureWork with an international, diverse group of colleaguesYour input is valued, regardless of role or tenureRecruitment process1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)2nd Interview with our Chief Sales Officer (1 hour)3rd Interview with our Chief Strategy Officer (1 hour)4th Interview with our Senior VP Sales (1 hour)5th Interview with our CEO (up to 1 hour)Please submit your CV in English, as only this format will be reviewed.Are you ready to start building your future with us?
